In the very city centre, you will find the Karl Johan pedestrian street, and don’t forget to pass by the impressive opera house.

After Breakfast, meet your local guide who will take you on a 3-hour tour of the Norwegian capital, where you will see the Royal Palace, the National Theater, the Parliament, the Opera House by the waterfront, and the medieval Akershus fortress. There will be time for a pleasant stroll through Frogner Park (Vigeland Park), famous for the controversial sculptures by Gustav Vigeland.
In the afternoon, take time to enjoy the charm of Oslo. Stroll along the iconic Karl Johans gate, lined with shops, cafés, and historic buildings. If there are no events scheduled, step inside the City Hall—where the Nobel Peace Prize is awarded each year—and admire its impressive murals and architecture. You can also wander down to Aker Brygge, the vibrant seaside promenade, perfect for soaking in the maritime atmosphere, grabbing a coffee, or watching the sunset over the fjord.…. Evening and dinner at leisure.

We continue to Skien, the official starting point of the canal and the birthplace of Henrik Ibsen.
On our way south, we stop in Lillesand, a charming seaside town known for its white wooden houses and peaceful harbor — a popular summer retreat for Norwegians.
Upon arrival in Kristiansand, we enjoy a panoramic city tour. Highlights include the 17th-century Christiansholm Fortress, the striking Kunstsilo art building, the lively Fiskebrygga fish market, and a walk through Posebyen, Kristiansand’s Old Town, home to Europe’s largest collection of preserved wooden houses.
